Mash Tun
After completing an extensive 18-month renovation project, Mark and Karen Braidwood offer good food and accommodation in a family atmosphere, with a well stocked whisky bar at The Mash Tun in Aberlour.
The Grill
The Grill has been named Bar of the Year 2008, by Whisky Magazine in its Icons of Whisky awards for its collection of whiskies and its commitment and passion to educate the consumer. Currently on offer is a selection of over 500, some 60 of which are from around the world, including Japan, Ireland and America. The selection includes probably the oldest dram on sale anywhere in the world, a 65-year old Macallan distilled in 1938, several more single malts distilled in the late 1930's, and the legendary Black Bowmore.
The Potstill
The Potstill. The very name evokes the warmth of mellow, single malt Scotch whisky. From the seaweed strewn bays of Islay, the rugged mountains of the Highlands and the clear, cool rivers of the Lowlands, malts of all persuasions mean quality and contentment to whisky lovers the world over. For anyone who has travelled to Glasgow they also mean the home of Scotland's premier whisky pub, The Pot Still, named after the earliest whisky stills and situated in the bustling city centre at 154 Hope Street.
Harbour Inn
Situated adjacent to Bowmore harbour, our small family run hotel offers superb accommodation, high quality award winning food and excellent service. As a base for touring Islay - described by the Lord of the Isles as " The Jewel of the Hebrides " - the hotel's location is unique with many areas of natural beauty within an easy drive.

Old Mill Inn
The Old Mill Inn is a converted corn mill situated in the centre of the highland resort of Pitlochry, offering inn accommodation. The town of Pitlochry is situated at the geographical centre of Perthshire, making it the ideal centre for touring about or just relaxing. We are a family owned business for 15 years now and offer good service, fine food and wines, and spacious accommodation.
Highlander Inn
The Highlander Inn is in the centre of the village of Craigellachie, the heart of Scotland's Malt Whisky Trail. With just 5 en-suite bedrooms, bar, "club room", outdoor patio, lounge, a la carte restaurant (tremendous food in both the bar and the restaurant), and private, off-street parking, it truly is a great little place to stay when visiting this wonderful part of Scotland. While our selection of Single Malts may not be the biggest, it is becoming one of the most diverse in terms of age, distillery, nose and taste. Add to this the atmosphere in the bar created by a real mixture of locals and visitors to the area, talking to each other and sharing experiences.
Tannochbrae Hotel
Situated in the centre of Dufftown, Scotland's malt whisky capital and only a short walk from both the world famous Glenfiddich and Balvenie distilleries Tannochbrae is a delightful Victorian villa, which has been sympathetically converted into a comfortable guest house. The business is run personally by ourselves, Alan and Susie Creane-Smith who will endeavor to make your stay both enjoyable and memorable.
Whiski Bar
WHISKI is a beautiful whisky bar situated mid way down Edinburgh's Royal Mile. Step inside and you will receive a genuine welcome, with great freshly prepared Scottish food, real ales, fine wines and as you may expect a huge and varied selection of Malt whiskies in a cosy and characterful environment. We have malts from all regions of Scotland and worldwide with many rare, cask strength and vintage bottlings - we can find a malt to suit your taste. If you are hungry, our extensive freshly prepared menu is available all day long with fine wines to accompany them.
