Black Bull 40 Year Old

Nose: Surprisingly light and gentle for its age.
Fresh apples and banana.
Shortcrust pastry with sweet, buttery custard.
Wonderfully soft, sweet and appealing.
Palate: Mild, round, fresh but still lively.
Fruity bananas and melon.
Sweet vanilla, gentle oak and cinnamon spice to finish.
Excellent dram.
