Colour

Copper Nose Cream soda, dark fruits - cherries, christmas pudding with ice cream, quite spicy

Palate

Lots of sherry, double cream, slightly smoky

Finish

Creamy, dried malt, long

One of the oldest distilleries in Scotland, dating back to 1786

Was once known as Milltown distillery Is known as the home of Chivas Brothers, who have owned the distillery since 1949

One owner, a financier from London, was jailed for tax evasion during the early 20th century
