Whisky Live - On The Docks, Newport

Enjoying fine whiskies and spirits has long been a part of the boating and marine culture. It is a likely progression to have an expanded whisky and spirits tasting held in conjunction with the boat show.
WHISKY LIVE on the Docks will make its debut and be co-promoted with the Newport, RI International Boat Show, on September 19, 2009 and the United States Power Boat Show, Annapolis, MD on October 16, 2009. Both tasting events will be held in the adjoining host hotels in their main ballrooms and connected outdoor patios. Dates to be finalized. The event will run from 4pm to 9pm.
The marine industry is an obvious partner to co-promote a tasting event. Anchored on a consumer base that understands luxury and the finer things in life, WHISKY LIVE On The Docks is a guaranteed success.
